Savor a relaxing breakfast in the light-filled dining room overlooking Lake Siljan. Take the opportunity to explore the area – within walking distance you’ll find Dalmål Kafé & Hantverk, where you can browse high-quality local crafts and enjoy lunch or fika before returning to the hotel at the top of the village.

Meet Albin in person between 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM for an exclusive book signing. Mingle with a glass of sparkling wine and enjoy samples from the book – a lovely moment to discuss the art of cooking.
